Cancellation & Returns Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment, and returns are accepted within mentioned days of delivery for unused, eligible products.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order on BuyFirst under the following conditions:
✅ Before Shipment:
You can cancel the order before it is shipped from our or the seller's warehouse.
Full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
❌ After Shipment:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may still opt for return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).
To cancel an order:
Log in to your BuyFirst account
Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click on Cancel

2. Return Policy
We offer returns for most items purchased on BuyFirst under the conditions below:
🛍️ Return Eligibility:
Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging
Return is accepted if the product is:
Damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Not as described
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Used, washed, or damaged products due to customer handling
Products with missing accessories/manuals
Personal hygiene, beauty items, or innerwear
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
Log in to www.buyfirst.in
Go to My Orders
Select the item → Click Return/Replace
Choose a reason and upload images (if applicable)
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup if eligible
4. Refunds
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality check
Refunds are credited to:
Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)
Or as store credit, if chosen
5. Exchanges
Exchange is possible for size or color (if available) or for a replacement in case of damage/defect
Exchange eligibility is the same as for returns
